Our Ciudad Cuauhtémoc Energy Terminal (“CCET”) is a manifest Refined Products terminal in Ciudad Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua, Mexico. Strategically placed in Mexico’s high-demand mining and agricultural Northern Region, CCET is located on the Ferromex Railroad with access to BN and UP railroads at El Paso, Texas. CCET is capable of transloading 6,500 barrels per day of refined products. The location provides access to major highways connecting to Chihuahua [the Pacific], Texas, and Mexico City.
