Our Cuauhtémoc Energy Terminal (“CET”) is a manifest Refined Products terminal in Ciudad Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua, Mexico. Strategically placed in Mexico’s high-demand mining and agricultural Northern Region, CET is located near the intersection of two Ferromex lines providing direct access to El Paso, Texas and the BNSF Railway via the Texas and Pacific Railway shortline. CET is capable of transloading 8,500 barrels per day of refined products. The location provides access to major highways connecting to the Pacific, Texas, and Mexico City.
