US Development Group to Become USD Group (USDG)

US Development Group LLC, an independent growth-oriented developer, builder, operator and manager of energy-related midstream infrastructure and logistics services, today announced two significant developments in support of its long-term corporate strategy. After undergoing a detailed review of its vision, scope and long-term strategy and a rebranding and market position analysis, the company has decided to transition to the USD Group LLC (USDG) brand. The company’s new corporate website is located at www.usdg.com.
Dan Borgen, USDG CEO, president and chairman, stated that the company’s rebranding initiative was spurred by the need to reflect its evolving nature. “When US Development Group was created, our name accurately represented who we were as a company – a U.S.-based developer of liquid-hydrocarbon rail terminals,” said Borgen. “Now, nearly two decades later, the company has significantly diversified its geographic presence, expanded its vision and redefined its position in the industry. Today USDG is an independent provider of broad energy infrastructure solutions.”
In addition, the company has relocated its corporate headquarters from Pasadena, Texas, to downtown Houston. The company’s new headquarters are now located at BG Group Place at 811 Main Street, Suite 2800, Houston, Texas 77002.
“Our new corporate headquarters are strategically located in Houston, closer to many of our customers and partners and in the heart of the U.S. oil and gas industry,” commented Borgen.
